dt logo zonder onderschiftThe Dutch Touch campaign is organized by the Dutch Fashion Foundation with the support of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation as part of the 2g@there program. The main focus of this campaign is to support prominent Dutch fashion designers in bringing their labels to international markets, concentrating on sales presentations and pr addressing international buyers, agents and media.

The Dutch Touch campaign has been operating since 2001 presenting emerging Dutch fashion labels at key tradeshows and fashion weeks in fashion capitals such as Milan, Rome, Paris, Florence and New York. 

The Dutch Fashion Foundation has built a vast network in the global fashion industry ever since it set out on its mission to reinforce the Dutch fashion discipline on an international level in 2001. The Dutch Touch campaign benefits to great extend from this influential network spanning the industry from education and fellow platforms and awards to tradeshows, showrooms, retail and media.

The 2g@there program of the NL EVD International (agency of the ministry of Economic Affairs) is a perennial program that supports entrepreneurs to collectively approach interesting markets abroad. This support can consist of financial support, economic diplomacy or public knowledge. General condition is that the markets targeted should be markets showing great potential for export where Dutch entrepreneurs can distinguish themselves internationally. The 2g@there program offers the Dutch Fashion Foundation a link between creation and commerce thus enhancing opportunities in the higher segment of Dutch fashion.
